Training, Seminar, and Conference Initiatives related to the delegation on gender equality.

In line with the Gender Budget 2024 and the actions outlined in the Gender Equality Plan (GEP 2025-27), and in collaboration with CETAL, the Pegaso University is launching a series of activities aimed at raising awareness and deepening the understanding of gender issues within our academic community. The proposed initiatives are part of a broader project that aims to promote a more balanced and inclusive organizational culture, with the goal of making it more efficient and sensitive to gender diversity.
